Now, under the 8171 web portal 2025 kafalat payment, only two categories of families will, Insha’Allah, start receiving the first half-yearly installment of the Benazir Kafalat Program (for July to September) starting from 7th October, that is, the first week of October.

This first phase has begun, and many new districts have now been included in the list. So everyone should get ready to collect their payments.

Here’s some good news: many beneficiaries are now receiving double installments. Those who, due to some issue, could not receive their previous payments, will now get double installments, and new beneficiaries have also started receiving two installments in their accounts.

This time, you don’t need to go to shops to collect your payment. Instead, you’ll receive it at designated centers or camp sites.
And this will be the last installment to be distributed this way, because afterward, all beneficiaries’ bank accounts will be opened, and future payments will be directly transferred to their accounts.

For those who haven’t yet received any payment, or were previously ineligible, there’s also good news — by completing one important step, you can become a regular beneficiary and receive payments every three months.

Some people have been receiving payments for years but got disqualified due to a small mistake or by not completing a required update.

To check your status, visit the 8171 web portal, and verify your CNIC (ID card).
If you check 10 old beneficiaries, you’ll find that only 4 are still active — the rest have been removed from the program.

About 1.9 million people have been declared ineligible. This happens mainly because they didn’t complete their dynamic survey or entered incorrect information.

People whose PMT (Poverty Measurement Tool) score has increased have also been removed. Such individuals will not be eligible again for three years, and only after two years can an ineligible person’s survey be reassessed.

Those who try to manipulate or find shortcuts to re-enter the program — be aware that no such trick will work now.
But those who are genuinely deserving, and provide correct information during their survey, are reinstated immediately.

The government’s new decisions aim to ensure that only truly deserving people remain in the program, and non-deserving people are removed. These changes are for your benefit.

Some people feel these decisions harm them, but they are actually to protect the rights of eligible families.

We keep informing you that many people are being disqualified, and viewers often ask why even poor people are being removed. The answer is that each disqualification has a specific valid reason.

Our goal is to spread awareness so that you can understand how to stay eligible.

Now moving forward — before that, if you haven’t yet subscribed to Skill Mentor on YouTube, please do so and turn on the notification bell to get the latest updates on government assistance programs.

So viewers, here’s the main point:
Currently, two categories of families are receiving payments from the Benazir Kafalat Program:

  1. Those who are regular beneficiaries, have completed their dynamic survey, and remain eligible. These people will continue to receive payments for the next three years.
If they belong to one of the 60 districts included in the first phase, they will start receiving payments this very week (October).
  2. Those who joined the program within the past year and have already received one, two, or three installments. They will continue to receive payments for the next two and a half years.

Among these, some people’s payments were delayed due to expired ID cards, fingerprint issues, or other reasons. Those people will now receive double or even triple installments (covering the missed ones).

Before collecting payments, always verify your amount. You can check your status on the 8171 web portal.

Even if you are sure that your PMT score is low (below 32) and you are eligible for the next three years, still verify once to confirm your funds have arrived.

Soon, digital wallets will also be introduced for beneficiaries, so you’ll be able to check your balance directly without visiting centers.

For now, there are three ways to check your payment status:

  1. Visit the 8171 web portal.
  2. At the payment camp site, your details will be checked, and you’ll receive a token slip showing the amount before you collect it.
  3. Call the BISP helpline 0800-26477 for updates about your payments and account details.

Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP)
Rubina Khalid says that “doing politics over the BISP is regrettable. If anyone has a problem with the program’s name, it will not be changed. This program is not linked to any political party.”

Now, instead of receiving Rs. 13,500, all eligible people will be given cash assistance ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000. Educational stipends (wazifa) will also be provided. The September installment of the Kafalat Program is about to be released, so everyone should get ready — a big good news has arrived for all regular beneficiaries.

However, four types of people have now been declared ineligible and have been removed from this installment — and we will explain who these four types of people are. These individuals will not receive this September installment or any future payments. If you fall into one of these categories, you will not receive any payment. But if you are not in these categories, you can check your status — and God willing, we will also tell you which women are eligible and which are not.

Once it’s confirmed that your payments are active and your installments are being credited regularly, then, God willing, your payments will continue. You will also receive children’s stipends along with the Kafalat Program installment. But for those who have been declared ineligible, there is no other solution.

Many people find out only after they go to their nearby camp site for biometric verification that they have been declared ineligible. Agents inform them that they are no longer part of the program — which obviously causes distress, as they had been waiting for their installment.

To end this problem, now you can check from home whether you are eligible to receive the installment or not.

We will also share more important updates — including when exactly the September installment will officially start and from Monday, which people will start receiving payments. We will also explain when the Rs. 14,500 installment will begin, and for those who are ineligible, what the best solution could be.

Now let’s go into the details of the latest updates.

some important updates:
The new Benazir Kafalat Program installment has been decided to be released in the first week of October, Insha’Allah. Initially, 41 districts (azla) were included, but this list has now been expanded to about 53 districts.

These installments will be given through camp sites, and during this process, all beneficiaries’ bank accounts will be opened. Their SIM cards will be registered and linked to these accounts, so that in the future, people can receive their payments at home directly through their accounts.

Some beneficiaries will also start receiving children’s education stipends (wazifa).

Here are the names of the districts (azla) where the installment will start first:
Chot, Taunsa, D.G. Khan, Mardan, Usta Muhammad, Jaffarabad, Naseerabad, Sobatpur, Jhal Magsi, Qambar Shahdadkot, Jacobabad, Sahiwal, Kolai Plus, Kohistan (Lower, Upper), Haripur, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Tor Ghar, Battagram, Upper Chitral, Lower Chitral, Mansehra, Astore, Hunza, Gilgit, Bhimber, Kotli, Mirpur, Neelum, Hattian, Muzaffarabad, Bhakkar, Sargodha, Gujrat, Sialkot, Narowal, Mandi Bahauddin, Islamabad, Jhelum, Talagang, Attock, Chakwal, Murree, and Rawalpindi.

Those living in these districts will receive their September installment first, starting in the first week of October, Insha’Allah.

To receive your installment, you’ll need to visit a camp site, but remember — this is not an ordinary installment.

Before going, you must check your eligibility on the 8171 web portal.
If the status says:

“You are eligible for the Kafalat Program. If you haven’t yet received the current Benazir Kafalat installment, please collect it from your district’s nearest payment center.”

Then you are confirmed eligible, and your payment is already in your account.

Benazir Kafalat Payment Increase 12500 to 13500 For Families Which Are Eligible

Also, if your status shows:

“Your record has been entered into the Dynamic Registry,”

then you are also eligible to receive this installment.

Before going to the camp site, make sure:

  1. You have your original CNIC (National ID Card) and it is not expired. If expired, renew it from NADRA immediately, because payments are often stopped due to expired IDs.
  2. Keep your fingerprints in good condition, as women working in households often lose fingerprint clarity, causing biometric issues.

For elderly women whose fingerprints do not work, a new verification system has been introduced by NADRA, which uses facial and eye scans for verification.

Now, only two types of women will receive payments:

  1. Those whose status shows “You are eligible, and your data is entered in the Dynamic Registry.”
  2. Those who are confirmed eligible after verification.

Their accounts will be opened, SIMs registered, and payments released.

However, four types of families have been declared ineligible:

  1. Those who have not yet completed their Dynamic Survey, even though they have been receiving payments for years. Their payments are being stopped gradually.
  2. Those whose PMT (Poverty Measurement Tool) score has increased above 32 after the new survey — they are no longer considered deserving and have been removed.
  3. Those whose information is under investigation, and it has been found that their data is incorrect or PMT score is high — they will be removed this month.
  4. Government employees and their spouses — even if they previously received payments, they are now disqualified, and a notice has been issued for repayment of past funds.

These four types of families are now confirmed ineligible.

The remaining two types of families (as mentioned earlier) will continue to receive payments.

You can confirm your own status at the 8171 web portal — it will show whether your payments are active, stopped, or under review.

Please check before visiting any camp site, otherwise you may face inconvenience if told there that you are ineligible.

Finally, regarding the amount increase — it hasn’t yet been implemented, but it’s expected soon. Due to the budget increase, from January 2026, the installment will likely be raised to Rs. 14,500 or Rs. 15,000.

Currently, installments of Rs. 13,500 are being distributed, along with children’s stipends where applicable.

For now, don’t worry — digital wallets and SIM registration are being introduced to make things easier.
